Maintain and improve overall quality systems at a major manufacturer of heat transfer equipment.

Shall:

*** Ensure policies, operations, and procedures meet customer and industry quality requirement.

*** Manage the development of quality assurance and quality control programs.

*** Monitor quality using internal corrective action process and implement metrics to ensure that products are compliant.

*** Partner with Engineering and Operations to identify problem areas and trends and propose solutions.

*** Prepare for and oversee ISO 9000, PED and customer audits, and other regulatory and national & international standards.

*** Lead division efforts in obtaining new and additional quality certifications as required.

*** Handle all aspects of customer returned warranty work from customer.

*** Work with outside service providers on testing and inspection.

Candidate must possess at least 5 years comparable experience in a manufacturing environment.

Base salary to $90,000 and added incentives including full company paid family medical prescription & dental benefits program, life insurance, company matched 401(k), Savings Plan, 14 paid holidays and 3 weeks paid vacation.
