Director of Maintenance

Seeking a self-motivated, hard-working Maintenance Director to oversee 20+ maintenance technicians for both Residential and Commercial properties around Central Ohio. Must have extensive knowledge of overall maintenance.

Responsibilities:
* Hire, train and manage team of maintenance technicians.
* Motivate employees.
* Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Requirements:
* At least five (5) years of supervisory experience.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Willing to go beyond the day-to-day operations.
