We are currently in need of a responsible individual to become our Full-Time, Food & Beverage Supervisor for our Brunswick Zone bowling center located in Deerfield, IL.  This position will be responsible for supervising the operations of bar/snack bar and/or restaurant, providing input to the General Manager on all food and beverage matters in the bowling center, maintaining a safe environment, and improving bottom line profitability through appropriate revenue management, along with handling regular bar/snack bar and/or restaurant duties.  This position is a key position in the Center’s food and beverage operation.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Flexibility with work schedule
• High school diploma or equivalent.  Degree in Food and Beverage Management preferred.
• Prior food and beverage customer service, bartender, drink preparation and food handling experience
• Must have completed Serving Alcohol Responsibly training and be T.I.P.S. certified
• Supervisory training and knowledge.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Full-Time, varied 40 hour shifts per week. Open availability is required. (day, night, weekend and holidays)
