No age restriction on tractors as long as it passes DOT inspection, your trailer, or ours. If you've never pulled flatbed, we will train you. Average 2300+ miles weekly. Settlements paid twice weekly from your first load with no hold time on your money. Many of our O/O's are averaging OVER $18,000 monthly in their lanes. You name your own home time and you will be home then! Base pay is 75% of load, plus .63 CPM fuel surcharge (current national avg.) 100% of tarp pay paid by the customer goes directly to you. No Qualcomm or forced dispatch, tire and fuel discounts, breakdown assistance. Paid 2 1/2 day orientation, $500 orientation pay and .59 cpm bobtail pay to orientation, paid immediately afterwards, plus another $500 bonus in 30 days.
Run the figures yourself; 2,300 miles weekly (consistently) multiplied by $2.00 a mile = $4,600 weekly, X 4 weeks = $18,400 monthly. Many of our drivers are doing better than that. Requirements
No failed, or refused drug test.
Must have 6 months applicable tractor/trailer experience and OTR experience.
15 months verifiable employment history over the past 3 years.
Held a valid US license past 3 years.
Must run under our authority.
No DUI's in the past 5 yrs. No DUI's in a CMV ever.No more than 1 DUI in the past 15 yrs.
No reckless, or careless driving convictions in the last 5 yrs.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 yrs, no more than 3 in the last 3 years.
No serious moving violations in the last 3 years.
All preventable accidents in the last 5 years is C.B.C.
No "At fault" rear end, lane change, or intersection accidents in the last 2 yrs.
No roll over accidents ever.
No misdemeanors in the last 3 years, no felony convictions in the last 10 yrs.
No drug convictions ever.
No license suspensions 12 months, or more.
Not cited for using, or equipping a CMV with a radar detector.
