Lead the integration of new and conceptual technologies into practical military, aerospace, and space devices, equipment, and instrumentation for a major provider of technology to the DoD, DOE, and other government agencies.

Shall:

*** Develop optical substrates, design specifications for coatings, sensors, and assemblies using industry standard software.

*** Take conceptual designs from R&D department and develop strategies and protocols to manufacture these designs.

*** Develop innovative applications for cutting edge, never before seen, prototype technologies.

Required:

*** 3+ years performing similar duties in an R&D or engineering role at a manufacturing company.

*** Ability to obtain "Secret" clearance

*** Experience with IR and Laser systems highly desirable.

*** M.S. Engineering, Optics, Physics, or comparable field.
