Pharmaceutical manufacturing facility seeks Plant Manager with over 3 years of experience to oversee the batch blending, compounding, mixing, and milling of specialty chemicals for use in semi-solid and liquid pharmaceuticals.

Shall:

*** Closely review production operations to ensure optimum efficiency is being achieved with the objective of reducing overall operating costs.

*** Regularly review and monitor departmental budgets to ensure costs are controlled and maintained.

*** Staff, develop, and control the Production team, evaluate performance, and initiate corrective actions as required.

*** Ensure employees adhere to established safety regulations and guidelines.

Candidate must possess B.S. degree, demonstrated accomplishments in driving Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing, and strong personal and leadership skills
