Shall:

*** Develop requirements for optical substrates and coatings selection, sensors, and opto-mechanical fabrication using industry standard software.

*** Take conceptual designs from R&D department and develop strategies and protocols to manufacture these designs.

*** Develop innovative applications for cutting edge, never before seen, prototype technologies.

Required:

*** 3+ years performing similar duties in an R&D or engineering role at a manufacturing company.

*** Experience with precision optical materials, thin film coating and light sources.

*** B.S. Engineering, Optics, Physics, or comparable field.
