Required:

*** Minimum of 5 years experience in a multi-mode optical fiber fabrication facility with hands on measurement responsibilities.

*** Knowledgeable of current industry standards for characterization. (IEEE, TIA, IEC)

*** Thorough understanding of optical measurement equipment to the component level, and ability to design, prototype, and build new measurement devices.

*** Ability to think abstractly in regards to emerging technologies in the fiber optic arena and how to effectively and consistently measure their performance.
