An LED uses 75 percent less energy than a regular bulb, and can last ten times longer.   JOB REQUIREMENTS: ·       Minimum 2 years of work experience, however, will train the right candidate ·       This is a direct sales position, not an MLM ·       This position is based upon 100% commission and override commission ·       Reliable Transportation Required ·       Strong winning attitude and ability to work effectively in a self- motivated environment ·       Current telephone number included with your resume ·       Proactive, results oriented self-starter ·       Organizational and time management skills       SKILLS AND KEY COMPETENCIES (includes, but are not limited to): · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and phone communication skills. · Experience in lighting is preferred but not required. · Basic computer skills to include all Microsoft Office Products. · Ability to work independently under pressure and work cooperatively as a member of a team and manage multiple priorities. · Ability to maintain quotations database and follow up on quotations. · Ability to consistently achieve superior results working in a fast-paced environment and under the pressure of tight time requirements · Experience in providing superior customer service that requires the ability to understand technical information and details. · Develop sales opportunities by building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations and soliciting business from existing customers. · Subscriber to the “CIA” philosophy of business – unwavering COMMITMENT, highest level of INTEGRITY and a consistent positive ATTITUDE.
