O.C. based non-profit organization has an immediate opening for a Development Officer.  This position reports to the Executive Director and is responsible for managing and developing donor development program, ensuring that fund development is carried out in keeping with the organization's mission, vision and values.

Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 3-5 years in fundraising or major gift giving in non-profits, a Bachelor's degree, and experience within the non-profit or philanthropic sectors.

This is a full-time opportunity and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends required.
