Seeking Project Engineer to model, design, benchmark, and lead the architecture and implementation of electrical systems for traction motors.

Required:

*** Prior experience optimizing induction motor electro-magnetic design for efficiency, torque constant, or high speed power, by changing winding patterns, slot and bar geometry, stack length and diameter, etc

*** In-depth understanding of torque control techniques such as slip-based control, field oriented control, direct torque control.

*** Working knowledge of induction motor construction, including magnetic, conductor, electrically insulating, and thermally conductive materials.

*** Electrical Engineering degree or comparable field.
