Maintain, update and provide security administration for a major manufacturer of precision optics used in government and military operations.

Shall:

*** Ensure that the Company safeguards all classified documents, drawings, specs., etc.

*** Review audit, evaluate, inspect, accept, amend, and reject Individual Security Plans.

*** Work with Project security personnel to bring rejected plans into compliance.

*** Provide advice, counsel and training for staff members, contractors and consultants on policies and regulations.

*** Submit monthly reports to Project Managers on program status and changes.

*** Submit personnel security clearance paperwork using DOD JPAS system.

*** Support documentation and ensure compliance on all DOE projects.

*** Provide long term planning on security issues for retaining DOD and DOE contracts.

*** Provide annual security training briefings to all Project Security personnel to ensure understanding of programs, procedures, etc.

*** Travel to all Project security site to do periodic compliance inspections; assist in proposal preparation when security issues are an element; Report all security breaches to Senior Corp. Management and relevant Gov’t. agencies as necessary.
