Job Description:
This position will be based in our Tampa, Florida Call Center where we are one of the leading call centers in the education referral space and our call center agents are a pivotal part of our success. We are looking for call center professionals who can effectively communicate with prospective students and help guide them to a college or university that will meet their educational needs. This position requires a great deal of professionalism and the ability to effectively communicate on the phone.
We are primarily an outbound call center offering a complimentary referral service to prospective students who recently inquired about continuing their education. As a call center agent you will handle calls with prospective students to discuss their education goals and refer them to a college or university that best meet their educational needs. This is not a pressure sales position.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for high motivated individuals to come and join our team in the Tampa Call Center. Individuals must be professional, be proficient with computers and ideally have done some kind of data entry work in the past.
Other requirements:
-3 months Call Center sales experience
- High Energy, Positive and Motivated attitude
- Detail oriented with the ability of following a script and pre-written rebuttals
-Excellent computer skills
Compensation:
- Agents will earn $10 with the opportunity to earn up to $17
