| Post Date: | 06/12/2012 12:24 | General Sales Manager or Sales Manager Our client, a privately owned and operated Dealership in Regina is looking for select candidates who can ensure that the dealership meets its new and used vehicle unit sales quotas and it’s objectives on a daily, monthly and annual basis. They will also ensure that the units sold aid the dealership in reaching its profit objective on a monthly and annual basis. You will accomplish these objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating and managing the activities of the new, used and recreational sales departments and achieving 100% Customer Service. - Assist Sales Managers and Sales Associates in the closing of potential deals. - Achieve 100% Customer Satisfaction as measured by the manufacturer. - Work with other Managers to determine daily, monthly and annual forecasts in terms of unit sales, profit objectives and departmental profits. - Forecast monthly with each Sales Manager to establish sales objectives, closing percentages in each category, prospecting efforts, unit sales and projected income. - Assist Managers in planning programs that will aid each Sales Associate in reaching objectives. - Manage advertising, sales promotions, manufacturers programs, staffing needs, lease promotions, customer complaints and Sales Associate evaluations. - Maintain a balanced vehicle inventory and establish a program for moving new and used vehicles in inventory. - Assist in managing controllable expense elements for the Sales Department. - Be a positive and motivational leader. Please provide details acknowledging your abilities and understanding of the dealership management with experience in used car management, new car management and recreational sales management. Must be able to desk deals, motivate sales staff and work with all departments. A Bachelors degree preferred with years of experience in management. |
