• Fluent in Spanish and English
  Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  Capability to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  Exceptional listening and data entry skills are a must
  Excellent communication and decision making skills
  Must be computer literate
  Goal oriented and ability to multi-task
  Demonstrates initiative and follow-through skills
