MISSION Engage prospective homeowners in given areas to target qualified homes that would benefit from our energy efficient products RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy Partners with the Field Market Supervisor and fellow Scouts and Canvassers/Jr sales reps. Learn a pitch to explain to prospective homeowners. Provides nightly reporting of leads/appointments and hours worked. Attends all ongoing training sessions to keep up with market expansion and job duties. Works with Field Trainers to ensure Quality standards are met. Keep ongoing communication with Canvass Management Team. Operations Properly complete all paperwork and email correspondence promptly. Abides by the Canvasser Policy Booklet Rules and Regulations. Provides the necessary reporting to Field Program Manager and Canvass Confirmation Team. Represents our Core Values to all prospects. Adheres to all company policies, procedures, protocal and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented daily within the team.
