The Ideal candidate will have:

A great work ethic, be coachable, and have the desire to earn $70-100K per year. You must be willing to work some nights and weekends also since that is the prime time when homeowners are home.

You must have a neat and presentable appearance and not be afraid to knock on doors and talk to homeowners.

Average reps earn $40-60K 1st year. We have guys making $70,000-100,000+

You will be inspecting roofs for Hail Damage so you must feel comfortable climbing up and down a ladder and being on a roof. It really becomes easy after 2 or 3 times.
