Fitness Managers

Responsibilities

Sell training packages to our clients
Providing introductory training assessments
Manage Personal Trainer staff
Manage budgets
Maintain club and customer relations
Enforce and comply with policies and procedures.
Provide each new client with the personal service necessary to structure and supervise a fitness program


Required Qualifications

Fitness and personal training knowledge and experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Assertive, enthusiastic & punctual
Strong communication skills
Flexible schedule
Sales experience preferred
