Plant Manager (Wood Products Manufacturing), Toccoa, GA to $70K

 Growing company in the Toccoa, Georgia area is looking for a strong, experienced manager with direct experience in the wood products industry. This job requires 5+ years in a management position of which at least three are in the wood industry. The position also requires experience in leading and working in a lean environment. Must be able to balance the requirements for quality, safety and productivity while meeting our customers’ expectations. Must have demonstrable skills in motivating for results in the workforce. A minimum of a 4 year degree in Management is desired. An MBA is preferred. Relevant experience will be considered. Have learned skills in various computer software. i.e. Excel and CNC software.
