<h2>Maintenance Technician</h2><br><br>

<b>Job Description</b><br /><p>Indrotec is currently seeking a 1st shift Maintenance Technician to work with our client in Ramsey MN. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. Hired person will be responsible for monitoring, testing, repairing, fabrication, preventive maintenance, proactive maintenance, removal and installation of machinery and support systems. You will also assist with maintaining equipment parts and supplies inventory and maintain a safe and clean working environment. The ideal candidate will also have HVAC knowledge and experience.

</p><br /><br /><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b><br /><p> <ul>
  <li>Troubleshoot malfunctions by analysis and observation of mechanical devices</li>
  <li>Remove defective components by dismantling devices and properly reinstalling components</li>
  <li>Examine imperfections of form and texture of product to determine corrective measures</li>
  <li>Complete predictive and preventive maintenance requirements </li>
  <li>Maintain a safe and clean working environment</li>
  <li>Assist with maintaining equipment parts and supplies </li>
  <li>Perform or assist with the assembly or installation of machinery and equipment</li>
  <li>Document and communicate worked performed, actions, irregularities and continuing needs</li>
  <li>Other duties as assigned </li>
 </ul>
</p><br /><br /><b>Qualified candidates will have the following skills and abilities</b><br /><p> <ul>
  <li>An Associate’s Degree in electronics, electrical, HVAC, fluid power or other mechanical discipline; alternatively, related experience plus one to three years’ maintenance experience of production equipment </li>
  <li>Understanding of products and equipment, technical manuals, blueprints and schematics, diagnostic systems and analysis techniques, Internet resources and supplier/vendor interaction </li>
  <li>Computer proficiency for administrative purposes and research duties</li>
  <li>Knowledge of machines, equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, measurement systems and maintenance </li>
  <li>Ability to operate and become certified to use fork trucks devices </li>
  <li>Ability to attain a specialist boiler license </li>
  <li>Flexibility to alter or adjust work schedules or locations to meet the demands of the business</li>
 </ul>
