Seeking Machinist with at least 3 years experience operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining diamond turning machinery in a lean manufacturing low volume environment.

Shall:

*** Design and develop tooling and fixtures to effectively manufacture new products.
 
*** Set up, change over, run, and troubleshoot CNC machinery.

*** Modify programming on CNC machines to achieve extremely tight tolerances.

*** Troubleshoot equipment and procedures.

*** Apply fundamental engineering principles to create practical solutions to technical challenges.
