Rachel Wixey & Associates supports Cleveland Heights-University Heights City schools for the recruitment and employment of substitute classroom aides throughout the district. We have recently created a new position called “Floater Substitute Aide”. A Floater Sub Aide will work on a daily basis in schools through the district. Unlike a traditional substitute aide, a Floater Sub Aide is guaranteed work every day.  Ideal candidates will understand that as a Floater Aide, are not on-call, as-needed, but rather will be assigned a daily work assignment in one of the 14 school buildings in the district.

Minimum requirements include a clean background check, ability to secure a Substitute Aide License and experience working with school age children preferred.

Pay range is: $8.15 - $9.60 per hour.
