Oversee and improve assembly and finishing operations and train for management level responsibilities at a manufacturer of micro medical devices.

Required:

*** 2+ years experience in a MIL-SPEC, MIL-STD, AS9100, or similar manufacturing environment.

*** Ability to develop and maintain a documentation protocol that details all relevant operations within the assembly facility.

*** Experience performing engineering change orders.

*** Familiarity with medical device assembly processes.

*** Familiar with nonconforming material resolution initiatives.

*** Designed and implemented manufacturing process improvement projects.

*** BS degree in a relevant field.
