Overview

Drivers deliver general dry commodities to manufacturing plants and warehouses. Majority of deliveries are made to customer locations throughout the Midwest, South, and Central states. No NYC or east coast runs. All loads are no touch with most being single pick, single drop. Drivers are typically out 5 days averaging 2,400-2,800 miles per week. Drivers are home most weekends; additional miles are available for drivers who desire to stay out longer. Drivers are assigned brand new dedicated 2012 sleepers. Drivers can take trucks home if parking is available.

Compensation

$0.30-$0.38 to start, depending on experience

Average annual salary $45,000-$50,000

Requirements

CDL A

No previous commercial driving experience required

“H”-hazmat endorsement or willing to obtain

23 years of age
