Recruiter / Staffing Specialist

We are expanding our Stratham, New Hampshire office and are looking to hire a motivated entry-level recruiter to help support our VMS and permanent accounts within the engineering, IT, biotech, pharmacutical and medical device fields.

Recent college graduates who are interested in pursuing a career in staffing/recruiting are encouraged to apply. Preference would be given to candidates with a Science or Technical background. As well as candidates with a good business sense, work ethic, and drive to succeed.

About the Job:

• In this position you will be trained on using one of the best recruiting softwares in the industry, joining an existing team of 15 recruiters and account managers and have the ability to grow your income based on your performance.
• In order for an individual to be successful in this role, the person must possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and the desire to build and foster solid candidate and client relationships.
• Our recruiting and delivery model supports VMS/MSP end clients as well as permanent staffing opportunities on a national level.
