Job Duties and Expectations:
- Responds to customer calls regarding changing, moving or disconnecting cable service.
- Strives to keep customers from changing to another pay TV provider by offering options, packages and promotions.
- Utilizes computer/on-line tools and guidelines in responding to customer inquiries.
- Informs customers about special promotions and services available to meet the customer needs.

Experience
Requires 3+ months experience working with people and providing them with service such as retail or restaurant experience. Must be comfortable working on a computer and talking on the phone!

Any previous call center or sales experiences a plus but not required!
