We are a Major Cosmetics Company who promotes Spa/Salon and Skincare products as well as work to develop future Spa/Salon programs for future estheticians
Job Requirements:
* The Professional Category Manager will be responsible for the Professional Product assortment including: managing existing core business, executing product launches & promotional marketing programs and providing a strategic vision for the growth and future of the Professional channel.
* This position is responsible for creating new product sales with packages & promotions, monthly and quarterly email blasts in cooperation with Marketing and Sales.
Additional responsibilities include interacting and collaborating with multiple groups including:
Operations, Creative, R&D, Sales and Corporate Education. - working closely with the EVP of Sales and Sales Directors to identify, evaluate, and recommend new marketing initiatives and business opportunities. Developing brand strategies in conjunction with Marketing Brand Managers
* Candidate must be able to provide knowledge and expertise on trends on the Spa/Salon and Professional arena. Develop, launch and manage Spa/Salon Business Development Program for Pro channel (Future Estheticians).

Ideal Candidate:
5+ years Sales exp. in Spa/Salon – Skincare Marketing (Promotions)
2+ years Trade Show experience
BA/BS in Business Marketing
Administrative Skills – Written and Communication
Confident, Assertive, Willing (i.e. personality)
Compensation:
Base: $80k - $90k base
Bonus: up to 15% potential
