General Description
|

· Extensive background in training, leading, measuring, and implementing strategic and business segmentation planning initiatives for DOD and commercial focused customer based Corporation. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of Federal Contracting Procedures, Program and Operations Management, Financial Planning, and Business Life Cycle Definitions. Must be strong in situation analysis, profit segmentation, capital expenditures, balancing resources, and tactics for implementing long range strategies.
· Performs a variety of management tasks.
· Reports to the chief Financial Officer.
· Must be willing to travel extensively.

work experience requirements

· Must have strong experience in communication and briefing skills. Experience in overseeing organizational strategic plans, communicating detailed multi-year strategic plans, and reporting results to top management, and developing strategies based on organizational reviews.
· Minimum of 15 years experience in business management.
· Minimum of 10 years experience in Federal Government Contracting.
· Minimum of 5 years involvement in developing strategic plans and business models.

· B. S. Degree in Finance, Marketing, or Accounting.
· Masters of Business Administration
