Requirements:
Valid / current Occupational Therapy Assistant License (as issued by the State of Ohio)
Two professional references
FBI / BCI background check*
Tuberculosis Test*

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay is commensurate with experience
Flexible hours / schedule
