This is an excellent opportunity to play a vital role in a community based practice setting, collaborate with community members in outreach programs, teach and mentor students while remaining closely linked to a large, dynamic academic teaching hospital.

Responsibilities include:
*Day-to-day clinical operations of the Physical Therapy Department taking accountability for quality management
*Management of staff and departmental operations, fiscal management, and records and reports
*Demonstrated skill in patient care, customer service, interpersonal communications, teambuilding and leadership required 

Requirements:
*Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role
*Current Massachusetts licensure and a Masters Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
*Doctorate of Physical Therapy preferred. 

Compensation is commensurate on experience and includes benefits and relocation assistance (when necessary)
