Home Health Clinical Nurse Manager job in Wisconsin. Clinical Manager is responsible for the oversight, personnel management, and performance improvement for the skilled nursing and therapeutic services, and maintains state and regulatory standards for the agency. The Clinical Manager is responsible for the development of a workforce who consistently strives to exceed stated standards and to provide the highest quality of care. Familiarity with state and regulatory guidelines and recommendations including OSHA, Federal Home Health Care Regulations 484, State Home Health Regulation DHS 133, and Joint Commission. Bachelors degree nursing or related field with current Wisconsin RN licensure. Three to five years of recent Home Health experience and three to four years of recent supervisory and management experience required. Current CPR certification, access to dependable vehicle with proof of liability automobile insurance, and valid WI drivers license required.
