Application Development Supervisor
· Provide direction and guidance in software development best practices, design, development, configuration, integration, deployment and maintenance of information and software systems.
· Mentor, coach and promote staff development to ensure skill development.
· Ensure project's technical solution meets business requirements and goals.
· Review and analyze existing application effectiveness and efficiency, and develop strategies with Enterprise Architecture to improve or leverage Bank systems.
Qualifications:
· Bachelors degree required: emphasis in Business Administration or Computer Science preferred.
· Combination of 8+ years of hand-on development experience in a full-life cycle software development organization.
· Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development and implementation of software solutions.
· Advanced understanding of database design, programming concepts, and web development.
· Pervious experience managing people.
