Our growing elder care services business is seeking an Independent Area Sales Representative to market our referral programs to medical professionals and senior housing communities as well as seniors and their family members in the Colorado Springs area.  Our ideal candidate is a high energy producer with a proven, documented track record within medical sales and/or elder care services.  The candidate will also be excited about developing their own geographically-protected territory.  The successful candidate has existing exposure to potential senior referral sources.  Experience working with senior communities is an added bonus.  We are seeking an individual that possess the contacts, knowledge and attitude to “hit the ground running” and make an immediate impact on the referral volume of the territory.   

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

Documented success in sales within medical sales or the elder care services community

Have highly developed business and social networks

Excited about the idea of working with a small but rapidly growing company where your contributions and expertise are appreciated and rewarded

Desires a highly flexible schedule

This is an independent contractor commission based position.  Knowledge and experience working as an independent sales representative is preferred. 

What we offer:  Our rapidly expanding company offers a very aggressive commission plan.  The selected Independent Area Sales Representative will be well-compensated for the clients they bring to the organization.  We offer a simple process that does not require our Independent Representative to spend their time doing community research and follow up regarding specific referrals.  Our business model divides sales from operations so our salespeople can focus on what they do best - networking and marketing.  We are very much in tune with needs of great producers; therefore, we will keep you informed of the progress on each referral.  Also, we offer the potential for growth into a more substantial role within our organization if the successful Independent Area Sales Representative desires to move in that direction.
