Position:
Head of R&D department and Chief of Technology
Job description:
1. To evaluate new technology (cells and modules) and give recommendations
2. Set-up the production line
3. Structure and lead R&D department to implement and improve the technology
4. Report to COO
Candidate profile:
1. Experience in Research & Development of photovoltaic technology is a must
2. PhD in photovoltaic highly recommended
3. Experience at senior level in PV companies, (like CTO, COO, VP ) managing production, buying machines and setting technical guide lines for the company is a must
4. Experience in interaction with investors for IPO process is an advantage
5. Fluent in English is a must
6. Proven records of developed technology, implementation of technology and results obtained
