Looking to hire an Environmental Claims Examiner who is capable of working under limited supervision.

Candidate will be viewed as “subject matter expert,” in the areas of claims arising from leaky underground storage tanks.  Will also be involved in handling other complex environmental and toxic claims.

Position requires hands-on experience managing from inception to completion, complex environmental claims including determining coverage, litigation management and writing Reservation of Rights letters.

Involvement in negotiating cost-sharing and carrier participation agreements is required.
