Senior Project Manager w/ high rise experience A nationwide construction consulting firm specializing in Claims Assistance and Project Management, seeks a Senior Project Manager to work remotely on a project located in Hawaii. This is a full-time, salaried position, with some local and national travel required. Successful candidates will have several of the following:

• Direct high rise experience (those who have never managed a high rise project will not be considered!)
• Direct experience with construction claims
• Direct experience with project scheduling, cost estimating, and forensic accounting
• Field project management experience on institutional and infrastructure projects
• Professional licensure

Additionally, candidates should have:
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of ten (10) years construction industry experience; surety experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational and data management skills

Salary is commensurate to experience, and includes competitive benefits and a company-sponsored 401k plan.
