Outside Sales Manager
Location:      Honolulu, HI
Pay Scale:    Up to $75,000/Yr., Car Allowance & Commissions

The main focus of this position will be to oversee and manage multiple sales teams throughout the Hawaiian Islands.  Our Client is looking for someone that can generate sales while maintaining a strong sales staff, including: team time management, contact generation, presentations, productivity, CLOSING accounts, training sales representatives, strategic marketing, etc.  This position is for the team-oriented, multi-tasking Manager.

Requirements:
(1) A minimum of 3-Years of Management experience with Outside sales,
(2) A minimum of 1-Year of successful experience specifically in B2B sales,
(3) Passion for technology,
(4) Able to aggressive manage multiple sales streams, quantify goals, motivate the sales team, &
(5) Willingness to work flexible hours & participate in community events.
