hopeFound is looking for a Director of Clinical Services to provide clinical and administrative direction for our Recovery Services
hopeFound, a nonprofit organization nationally recognized for program innovation and successful outcomes, offers a comprehensive array of services for men and women in the Greater Boston who are homeless and often struggling with issues of addiction and mental illness. We are dedicated to preventing and ending homelessness by providing programs and services that help achieve recovery, employment, housing and hope.
Recovery Services
The Stabilization Program is a 60-bed residential addictions program providing intensive post-detox treatment for men in the early stages of recovery.
The Kitty Dukakis Treatment Center for Women is a 32-bed residential addictions program providing intensive post-detox treatment for women in the early stages of recovery.
Job Responsibilities
Clinical and Programmatic
· Lead Interdisciplinary Team
· Provide clinical oversight
· Ensure program compliance
Leadership
· Implement clinical programs
· Prepare grants and contracts
· Develop and maintain professional affiliations and relationships
Administrative
· Provides administrative oversight
· Prepare and manage budgets
· Ensures satisfactory census levels
· Oversee staff hiring, development, and evaluation
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical psychology, education counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, rehabilitative social work, or related field required. LICSW or PhD strongly preferred
- Five to seven years of leadership experience in substance abuse, mental health and co-occurring disorders; two years of which must be clinical supervisory experience.
Salary negotiable, commensurate with qualifications.
