Job Description :-
The position must continually evaluate infrastructure effectiveness, develop technical direction and execute large implementation and upgrade initiatives.
The candidate’s responsibilities include the following :-
Work as part of a project team to design, develop and build new system solutions
Implement proof-of-concepts for new system designs and participate in and document system design reviews.
Work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure the solutions developed meet these requirements
Responsible for compliance auditing and remediation for infrastructure environments
Contribute to the design, development and execution of system changes through the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
Provide 7x24x365 support
Job Requirements :-
Must have the ability to understand and relate product technology, strategy and direction with business needs.
Must be able to work well in a team environment, providing leadership in areas of expertise.
Must be able to manage multiple systems environments (development, testing, production).
Candidates will be interviewed for potential in all area of responsibility described and must have a minimum of two years experience with Pega PRPC.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Pegasystems PRPC 5.x administration expertise is required
Knowledge in one or more RDMS technologies such as DB2 /UDB/Sybase, not required but is a plus.
Knowledge of Enterprise Content Management technologies such as EMC Documentum and IBM Content Manager not required but is a plus.
3+ years experience in information technology and a four year bachelor of science degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
Ability to work within strict timelines
Technical documentation skills are a plus
Scripting and development skills are a plus
