We are looking for a seasoned medical Clinical Director with a minimum of 3 years clinical management experience to direct a group of 14 medical professionals within a 20 year old Hematology/Oncology practice.
JOB SUMMARY: This individual has administrative responsibility and accountability for the planning and direction of clinical, financial, and operational activities of a Multi specialty clinic in Puyallup. The Clinical Director coordinates, facilitates and directs clinic care for patients, physicians, family members and local community. The Clinical Director is responsible for the analysis and development of patient care standards, health services, and fiscal management.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The job can be broken down into three significant areas of responsibility:
Management: schedules, clinical operations, fiscal, patient complaints & compliance issues/requirements
Process Improvement : Driving process improvement through excellent & effective communication. Building processes that do not currently exist.
Building Community: Building community relationships within the multi-clinic system
All involve working respectfully with the team of experts on site.
Position works M-F. Hours are variable, but could begin as early as 7am and as late as 7pm.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Five years recent clinical experience
Three years management experience
Hematology/Oncology experience required
Bachelor’s degree in nursing field required. Master’s degree preferred
Strong computer skills with MS Office
Preference for a strong leadership training background.
Understanding of emotional intelligence such as Meyers Briggs is beneficial
Training in Lean practices or Six Sigma is a plus
Excellent communication skills
EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATES: Current WA State RN License
