Our Sales Consultants sell retail products and services to customers using customer-orientated, needs-focused, selling principles while maintaining acceptable personal sales volumes through agreed upon goals and objectives. In addition, they assist sales managers in the support of the sales plan. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supports company standards, adheres to selling behaviors, supports a positive work climate, embraces training, education and development, and measures own success

This position requires that you be proficient with computers, including ability to use inventory system, internet, email, and Microsoft Office Programs. Previous commissioned sales experience in a retail environment is required. Due to the nature of the retail business, being available to work Saturday and Sunday every weekend is a requirement of this position.
