Responsibilities:
*** Hiring, training, goal setting, corrective action, and performance reviews.
*** Auditing, tracking and reporting KPI’s.
*** Investigating quality issues and customer concerns.
*** Liaison with regulatory agencies.
*** Provide technical support to manufacturing.
