Shall:
*** Develop and initiates standards and methods for inspection, sampling, testing, and evaluation.
*** Set up validation systems to evaluate the precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement and analytical equipment and facilities.
*** Maintain and improve methods for control and disposal of discrepant material.
*** Identify root causes of quality problems and develop corrective actions.
*** Support cost reduction efforts while improving quality levels.
*** Collaborate to increase the effectiveness of quality programs while reducing cost of maintaining quality standards.
