Requires: BS Food Science or Dairy Science; CQE CQA certification; 5+ years plant production and food quality experience; proven track record securing food safety; complete hands-on knowledge of statistical and analytical software and equipment; government regulatory interface; auditing experience; report writing skills; desire to grow and take on new challenges and opportunities.
Shall provide food safety and quality assurance leadership to manufacturing operations and oversee and improve quality systems, food safety and sanitation.
