Ensure compliance with Dairy Foods quality systems for cheese and cultured dairy products manufacturing operations.
Shall:
*** Coordinate the training of operation employees in quality and food safety.
*** Provide effective resolution of food safety, product quality and regulatory hazards.
*** Support production regarding process and product improvements.
*** Manage operations sanitation practices.
Requirements:
*** BS Food Science, Dairy Science or similar
*** Experience managing people.
*** 5+ years quality assurance, operations and regulatory interaction.
*** Experience with raw milk, butter, natural cheese, cultured dairy or dried dairy products.
*** Wastewater control experience.
*** Hazard analysis, risk assessments, and system process application experience.
*** Thorough knowledge of root cause analysis, FME and preventative quality methods.
