Shall:

***   Provide direction, assistance, and training to Technicians monitoring production lines

***   Support manufacturing departments when quality issues arise.

***   Assist during test runs, new product start ups and ingredient substitutions.

***   Develop programs and procedures for proper food handling and safety.

***   Oversee Microbiological Programs.

***   Train employees in the proper handling of food products and GMPs

***   Prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring.

***   Enforce quality and safety procedures.
