This is a live-in  postion good for a couple.  Duties include cleaning Motel rooms, laundry, light maintenance, taking reservations, checking in guests, and tracking inventory.  Some computer experience also necessary.  Previous Motel or apartment management a large plus.  The motel only has 12 rooms and a small suite.  It has a outdoor summer swiming pool.  The 12 rooms of the motel and the house/office sit apart.   The ideal candidates will have existing income and need some extra income.  The compensation includes a large one bedroom apartment with basement, all utilities, and a small commission on the rented rooms.   In a good month would run around $300-$400, slow months $100.   This job will require appox. 20 hours a week of  time off and on.  One person of the couple could really work another job easily.  This is an ongoing business and the candidates will operate it like one.  Background and credit check required.
