Exhibit proficiency in servicing, troubleshooting, light installation and cleaning of heating and cooling equipment and related products.

 

Residential air conditioning, residential heating systems, forced air.  Water experience a bonus.

Indoor air quality products

Commercial RTU’s

Light electrical

Light plumbing

 

Respond to customer needs by performing preventive maintenance and repairing and/or replacing requirement as required in a timely and efficient manner.

 

Answering customer questions and responding to equipment or performance concerns.

 

 On a daily basis complete paperwork/documentation on the work performed (time, parts used and recommendations).  Consistent invoice documentation, service tickets, proposals, Planned Services.

 

Work safely and use safety equipment as necessary, be familiar with and adhere to EPA and OSHA policies.

 

Communicate with Dispatcher on job progress and future scheduling requirements.

 

Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, “job” preparation, implementing corrective action and communicating with customers and staff in a professional manner.

 

 Support service department by increasing customer satisfaction, support sales revenue through quality workmanship and the education of customers that will produce Planned Service, Add on sales and referrals. 

 

Support leadership to create customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of service in an environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement and learning.

 

Be aware of and remain responsible for his/her truck inventory.

 

Attend company training meetings and all pertinent company functions as required.

 

Adhere to all local, state and federal building codes, practices and regulations.

 

Maintain vehicle clean inside and out.

CRITERIA

Own work vehicle with required insurance coverage

Work vehicle-Mini Van, Full size van, Pick up with topper, Cube truck in good repair

Valid Illinois Drivers License – Maintains an acceptable driving record

Self Starter- Commitment to seeing things through to completion.

Experience Level – 5 years plus

Capable of lifting, pulling/pushing or carrying 50-250 lbs.

EPA Certification – Type 2 or Universal – Valid and readable

NATE Certification or gain certification within one year of employment

(Approved Comfort will pay for class/1st test)

Must be able to pass background, drug test and motor vehicle report

Must have own tools
