In this vitally important role, you will be in charge of setting up a new crane rental division in the heavy equipment industry. You will excel at developing customer relationships and will be responsible to develop and implement sales and marketing strategy that drives growth and increased market share. An astute observer of trends, you have the foresight to anticipate changing market conditions and make adjustments when necessary to maintain profitability.

Additionally, you are a champion of operational excellence who continually searches for ways to improve performance and reduce costs. To fuel new growth, you will be skilled at developing strategic business partnerships.

An exceptional communicator, you are adept at creating an environment where talent can flourish. Someone who understands implicitly the importance of leading by example, you inspire employees through your actions. You will be actively involved in selecting, developing and promoting key people, building a managerial team of high achievers focused on attaining business objectives.

To succeed in this key position you must have demonstrated experience in business development and technical sales. A university degree is required, preferably in Engineering with an MBA desired. You are also a leader who understands the bigger picture, with the expertise required to establish performance metrics for a new undertaking.
