This top tier Florida law firm's Tampa office is looking for an associate with a minimum of 2 years of law firm experience to join the Real Estate Practice. Commercial buy, sell and/or finance experience preferred. The ideal candidate must possess excellent academic credentials and solid research, writing and analytical skills. Complex litigation experience and Florida Bar preferred.
 
This is a terrific "ground floor" opportunity which offers immediate exposure to public companies, private blue-chip developers, national banks and others in complex real estate contracts and permitting matters.   Must be optimistic and able to digest and draft complex documents and negotiate with various parties.
